Potatoes | Cubed |
Onions | 2, Quartered |
Baby Carrots | 1 Small bag, Cut in Half Lengthwise |
Lipton Onion Soup Mix | 1 Package |
Campbell’s Mushroom Soup | 2 Cans |
Water | 1/2 - 3/4 Cans |
Salt | To Taste |
Black Pepper | To Taste |
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together soup mix, mushroom soup, water, salt, and pepper.
- In large baking dish, add:
- Cut-up Stew Beef
- Cubed Potatoes
- Quartered Onion
- Cut Carrots
- Add soup mixture on top, and stir.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until veggies are soft.
