Ingredients

| Curd | 180 grams |
| Carrots | Grated |
| Coriander | Chopped |
| Green Chillies | Chopped |
| Salt | Ground |
| Rai (Mustard Seeds) | Whole |
| Urad Dal | Whole |
| Eno | Powdered |
| Coconut Chutney | Prepared |
Instructions
- Dry roast oats and grind to thin powder.
- Add curd, grated carrots, coriander, green chillies, salt
- Temper mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Mix well and set for 20 minutes
- Add Eno
- Cook for 12 - 14 mimnutes
- Serve with coconut chutney.
