Oats 160 grams
Curd 180 grams
Carrots Grated
Coriander Chopped
Green Chillies Chopped
Salt Ground
Rai (Mustard Seeds) Whole
Urad Dal Whole
Eno Powdered
Coconut Chutney Prepared

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats and grind to thin powder.
  2. Add curd, grated carrots, coriander, green chillies, salt
  3. Temper mustard seeds and urad dal.
  4. Mix well and set for 20 minutes
  5. Add Eno
  6. Cook for 12 - 14 mimnutes
  7. Serve with coconut chutney.
