Delicious, creamy pudding!

Ingredients

Ingredient Preparation
Dark Cooking Chocolate 100 grams
Cooking Cream 50 ml
Coffee Powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3 tsp
Butter 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Melt dark cooking chocolate or dairy milk in the microwave, set for 30 seconds.
  2. Add cooking cream and coffee powder to chocolate, and mix well.
  3. Add sugar to a dry pot and heat1
  4. Add butter and 2 tbsp of the cooking cream.
  5. Stir immediately, set to simmer, until dark and thick.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Assemble:
  • Crushed oreo biscuits layer
  • Caramel layer
  • Toasted walnut layer
  • Dark chocolate ganache
  1. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Spread chocolate over bubble wrap and cool.
  3. Top with walnuts and bubbled chocolate before serving.

Serve in shot glasses.
