Delicious, creamy pudding!
Ingredients

Dark Cooking Chocolate | 100 grams |
Cooking Cream | 50 ml |
Coffee Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Sugar | 3 tsp |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Instructions
- Melt dark cooking chocolate or dairy milk in the microwave, set for 30 seconds.
- Add cooking cream and coffee powder to chocolate, and mix well.
- Add sugar to a dry pot and heat1
- Add butter and 2 tbsp of the cooking cream.
- Stir immediately, set to simmer, until dark and thick.
- Let cool.
- Assemble:
- Crushed oreo biscuits layer
- Caramel layer
- Toasted walnut layer
- Dark chocolate ganache
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Spread chocolate over bubble wrap and cool.
- Top with walnuts and bubbled chocolate before serving.
Serve in shot glasses.
