Cooking Pork
- GG used a bone-in pork shoulder.
- For pork, bake 350°F (175°C) for 45-60 minutes per pound.1
Makes very yummy roasted potatoes and carrots.
Marination
- Marinate for a day for best flavor.
- Place pork (or chicken) in baking dish with marinade.
- Add water.
- Bake 350°F (175°C).
- Use liquid to make gravy.
