Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Water 1/2 Cup
Onion 1, Cut in Quarters
Garlic 4 Cloves, Chopped
Gravy Master 3 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper To Taste
Crushed Red Pepper To Taste

Cooking Pork

  1. GG used a bone-in pork shoulder.
  2. For pork, bake 350°F (175°C) for 45-60 minutes per pound.1

Makes very yummy roasted potatoes and carrots.

Marination

  1. Marinate for a day for best flavor.
  2. Place pork (or chicken) in baking dish with marinade.
  3. Add water.
  4. Bake 350°F (175°C).
  5. Use liquid to make gravy.
