The most important ingredient in a good pizza - the sauce!

Ingredient Quantity
San Marzano Tomatoes One 28-ounce cans, pureed
Tomato Paste 1/4 Cup
Garlic 2 Cloves, whole
Dried Oregano 2 Tablespoons
Paprika 1/2 Tablespoon
Cayenne Powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Olive Oil 1 Tablespoons
Red Pepper Flakes To Taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend until just broken down and integrated. This should take no more than 20 seconds.2

  2. A 10” pizza will use a little more than 1/2 cup of sauce, and this recipe wil make about 5 pizzas, depending on how much sauce you like.
