The most important ingredient in a good pizza - the sauce!

| San Marzano Tomatoes | One 28-ounce cans, pureed |
| Tomato Paste | 1/4 Cup |
| Garlic | 2 Cloves, whole |
| Dried Oregano | 2 Tablespoons |
| Paprika | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Cayenne Powder | 1 Teaspoons |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoons |
| Olive Oil | 1 Tablespoons |
| Red Pepper Flakes | To Taste |
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender or food processor, and blend until just broken down and integrated. This should take no more than 20 seconds.2
