A Christmas Eve classic!

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Broccoli 2 Bunches
Red Onion 1, Diced
Bacon 1/2 Pound, Fried, Drained, and Broken into Pieces

Dressing

Ingredient Quantity
Mayo 1 Cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Cut florets of broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Use only the small stem pieces.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients.
  4. Add to broccoli mixture.

For best results, make the night before.
