A great way to use extra peppers!
Ingredients

Burger | 1 Pound |
White Rice | 1 1/2 Cups, Cooked |
Green Peppers | 5 Medium |
Onion | 1 Chopped |
Garlic | 4 Cloves |
Tomato Sauce | 12 oz |
Salt | To Taste |
Black Pepper | To Taste |
Crushed Red Pepper | To Taste |
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package.
- Cut the top off the peppers, and scoop out the seeds and white stuff.
- Blanch the peppers for 5 minutes. Place in baking dish.
- Chop onions and garlic.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and burger. Drain any excess grease.
- Mix together burger, rice, and tomato sauce.
- Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste.
- Fill peppers.1
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
