Ingredients

| Pork Chops | 2 |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoons |
| Italian Breadcrumbs | 3 Tablespoons |
| Parmesan Cheese | 1 Tablespoon |
| Black Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Instructions
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and pepper.
- Coat each side of pork chop with 1/2 Teaspoon of mustard.
- Coat each pork chop with the brad crumb mixture.
- Broil 7-8 minutes on each side, or until it looks golden and yummy
