Pork Chops 2
Dijon Mustard 2 Teaspoons
Italian Breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoons
Parmesan Cheese 1 Tablespoon
Black Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and pepper.
  2. Coat each side of pork chop with 1/2 Teaspoon of mustard.
  3. Coat each pork chop with the brad crumb mixture.
  4. Broil 7-8 minutes on each side, or until it looks golden and yummy

Also takes good with chicken (aka “Pork Chop Chicken”)
