| Italian Breadcrumbs | 1/2 Cup |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup |
| Egg | 1 |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 3 Dashes |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.1
- Roll the size of meatballs you prefer.
- Place on foil with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
- Bake 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until they bounce up when pressed with a fork (no pink).
