A delicious Italian go-to (with plenty of leftovers)!
Sauce

| Garlic | 1 Clove |
| Tomatoes | 1 Pound Can, Blended |
| Tomato Paste | 2 6 oz (170 g) cans |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon |
| Fresh Basil | 1 Tablespoon |
Cheese Mixture

| Lasagna Noodles | 12 |
| Ricotta | 3 Cups |
| Parmesan Cheese | 1/2 Cup, Grated |
| Eggs | 2, Beaten |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoons |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |
| Mozzarella Cheese | 1 Pound |
Preparation
- Sauté beef and garlic. Drain the excess grease.
- Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and basil. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook noodles until tender, drain.
- Combine ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, salt, and pepper.

- 4 Noodles
- 1/3 Cheese Mixture
- 1/3 Mozzarella
- 1/3 Sauce
Make 3 layers.
Baking
- Bake at 375°F (190 °C) for 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
