Delicious dal, chawal, cheese croquettes!
Ingredients

| Khichadi | Left Over, or Freshly Cooked |
| Carrots | Grated |
| Green Pepper (Capsicum) | Finely Chopped |
| Cheese | Grated |
| Green Chillis | Finely Chopped |
| Coriander | Finely Chopped |
| Papad | 2 - 3 |
| Corn Starch | Slurry |
Instructions
- Add grated carrots, finely chopped capsicum, and grated cheese to a half portion of khichadi, green chillies, and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Roast 2-3 Papads on tava, and crush to almost powder.
- Make a thin slurry of corn starch.
- Prepare the balls: dip in slurry, coat with papad, and deep fry to brown color.
- Take any thin pickle (achaar) and mix with mayo to make a dip.
- Serve with onion rings & lemon.
