Ingredients

Moong Dal 1/2 Cup
Urad Dal 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Soak both dals for 2-3 hours.
  2. Blend coarsely with less water.
  3. Beat the paste in one direction until fluffy.
  4. Drop a portion in water & check if it floats.
  5. Deep fry.
  6. Soak in salted water for 10 minutes.
  7. Squeeze out water.
  8. Serve with thick sugar curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt, jeera powder, and red chilli powder.
