A savory fried snack covered in yogurt!
Ingredients

| Moong Dal | 1/2 Cup | 
| Urad Dal | 1/2 Cup | 
Instructions
- Soak both dals for 2-3 hours.
 - Blend coarsely with less water.
 - Beat the paste in one direction until fluffy.
 - Drop a portion in water & check if it floats.
 - Deep fry.
 - Soak in salted water for 10 minutes.
 - Squeeze out water.
 - Serve with thick sugar curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt, jeera powder, and red chilli powder.
