Ingredients

| Onion | 1 Small, Chopped |
| Black Beans | 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained |
| Kidney Beans | 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained |
| Tomato Sauce | 18 oz Can |
| Frozen Corn Kernels | 10 oz Package |
| Diced Tomatoes w/ Chili Peppers | 4 oz Can |
| Green Chili Peppers | 4 oz Can, Chopped |
| Low-Sodium Taco Seasoning | 1 Packet, or Homemade |
| Cumin | 1 Tablespoon |
| Chili Powder | 1 Tablespoon |
| Chicken Breasts | 24oz / 3 Whole, Boneless, Skinless |
Instructions
- Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Mix well.
- Nestle the chicken in to completely cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Half hour before service, remove chicken and shred.
- Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
