Ingredients

Onion | 1 Small, Chopped |
Black Beans | 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained |
Kidney Beans | 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained |
Tomato Sauce | 18 oz Can |
Frozen Corn Kernels | 10 oz Package |
Diced Tomatoes w/ Chili Peppers | 4 oz Can |
Green Chili Peppers | 4 oz Can, Chopped |
Low-Sodium Taco Seasoning | 1 Packet, or Homemade |
Cumin | 1 Tablespoon |
Chili Powder | 1 Tablespoon |
Chicken Breasts | 24oz / 3 Whole, Boneless, Skinless |
Instructions
- Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Mix well.
- Nestle the chicken in to completely cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Half hour before service, remove chicken and shred.
- Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
