Ingredients

Onion 1 Small, Chopped
Black Beans 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained
Kidney Beans 1 15.5 oz Can, Drained
Tomato Sauce 18 oz Can
Frozen Corn Kernels 10 oz Package
Diced Tomatoes w/ Chili Peppers 4 oz Can
Green Chili Peppers 4 oz Can, Chopped
Low-Sodium Taco Seasoning 1 Packet, or Homemade
Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon
Chicken Breasts 24oz / 3 Whole, Boneless, Skinless

Instructions

  1. Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Mix well.
  2. Nestle the chicken in to completely cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
  3. Half hour before service, remove chicken and shred.
  4. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
