Ingredients

Juice

Granny Smith Apple 1
Kale Leaves, Stems Removed 2 stalks equivalent
Water 1 cup
Fresh Ginger 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Smoothie

Ingredient Quantity
Green Juice Pulp 2 cups
Greek Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

Juice

  1. Combine apple, kale, water, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour through a fine mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible. Reserve the pulp.
  4. Serve chilled.

Smoothie

  1. Combine reserved pulp, Greek yogurt, and milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
