Ingredients

Full Fat Milk | 1 1/2 Liters |
Sugar | 5 Tbsp |
Corn Starch | 2 1/2 Tbsp |
Instructions
Base Mixture
- Boil milk until thickened.
- Add sugar
- Mix & cook.
- Add corn starch diluted in cold milk.
- Simmer and simmer for 5-7 minutes
- Use a spatula to check for thickness, and stir periodically
- After thickened, While warm, add 3 tbsp of malai, 3 tbsp of milk powder, and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Hand blend
- Add 1 pinch of salt
Flavors
- Add melted dark chocolate1
- Add instant coffee powder diluted in milk & ready-made caramel sauce2
- Add cookies & cream3
- Add mango puree4
- Add extra vanilla with chocolate sauce5

Cover the container with cling wrap & chill for 2 hours then churn again with beater for 5-7 minutes
