A grab-and-go breakfast you build the night before — 5 minutes of prep, then the fridge does the rest. Quantities below are for 1 jar; multiply by however many jars you want. They keep about 5 days refrigerated.

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity (per jar)
Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon
Frozen Berries ~1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Add the oats to a jar (pint or quart).
  2. Pour in the milk and yogurt; stir until the oats are fully submerged.
  3. Swirl in the peanut butter.
  4. Top with the frozen berries, leaving ~1/2 inch of headspace below the lid.
  5. Lid on, refrigerate overnight. Eat cold; stir before eating if desired.

Scaling up? Make a row of jars at once — they store about 5 days, so a few jars cover most of the week.
