A grab-and-go breakfast you build the night before — 5 minutes of prep, then the fridge does the rest. Quantities below are for 1 jar; multiply by however many jars you want. They keep about 5 days refrigerated.

| Yogurt | 1/4 cup |
| Peanut Butter | 1 tablespoon |
| Frozen Berries | ~1/3 cup |
Instructions
- Add the oats to a jar (pint or quart).
- Pour in the milk and yogurt; stir until the oats are fully submerged.
- Swirl in the peanut butter.
- Top with the frozen berries, leaving ~1/2 inch of headspace below the lid.
- Lid on, refrigerate overnight. Eat cold; stir before eating if desired.
Scaling up? Make a row of jars at once — they store about 5 days, so a few jars cover most of the week.
