Ingredients

| Light Sour Cream | 16 oz (450 g) |
| Parmesan Cheese | 3 oz (85 g) |
| Artichoke Hearts | 14 Ounce Can, Drained, Rinsed, and Chopped |
| Frozen Spinach | 10 Ounce Pack, Chopped, Thawed, and Drained 1 |
| Monterey Jack Cheese | 6 oz (170 g) , Shredded |
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In 2-quart casserole dish, combine sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add spinach and artichokes. Mix well.
- Cover top with Monterey jack cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Broil until golden, 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
