Makhana Peanuts Roasted

Instructions

  1. Dry roast makhana peanuts (very crispy)
  2. Add 1 spoon of ghee and jaggery (gur), pinch of salt, sesame seeds (til white), and red chili powder to a warm pan.
  3. Add roased makhana peanuts and cook on a very low flame.
  4. Coat well.
  5. Serve separated on a plate.
